The Thaddeus Kosciuszko National Memorial will close from December through early February, 2009 to install museum lighting, replace bedchamber period wallpaper, install new carpeting and exhibits with original Kosciuszko artifacts from Poland. Reopening is planned for Saturday, February 7th, 2009 for the annual Kosciuszko birthday tribute.
