Changing Exhibitions

As of October 31, 2008, the Picture Gallery is now closed for the winter months.  It will open again after the site's 2009 opening, Memorial Day weekend.  Please check back closer to that date for the 2009 Picture Gallery Exhibition schedule.

Changing exhibitions of contemporary art are sponsored annually by the Trustees of the Saint-Gaudens Memorial.
In 1940 Augustus Saint-Gaudens' portrait was on the 3 cent stamp.  

Did You Know?
In 1940, Augustus Saint-Gaudens was honored in a series of U.S. postage stamps commemorating artists. His portrait appeared on the 3 cent stamp, first class postage at the time.
