Research Facilities

Researchers must have a valid research permit to qualify for lodging. Researchers may request low cost lodging at the Research Dormitory located near park headquarters, at McGraw Ranch Research Center, in Moraine Park Campground, in Timber Creek Campground, or at backcountry campsites. Under extremely unusual circumstances, other lodging options may be available. Space is extremely limited and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. No family members, visitors, or pets may share these accommodations.

Reservations for all facilities are required and may be requested by emailing ROMO_Research_Administration@nps.gov.
