27th Annual
Sand Sculpture Contest

at Drakes Beach

Sunday, August 31, 2008
(the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend)

9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Prizes awarded in each of several age and group catagories.
Free to participants and spectators.

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Ken Patrick Visitor Center.
Judging begins at 12:00 p.m.
Prizes awarded at 3:30 p.m.

Did You Know?
Coast Miwok people have lived in the Point Reyes vicinity for over 4,000 years. They lived in villages similar to Kule Loklo, which is located near the Bear Valley Visitor Center.
