Olympic National Park Superintendent Karen Gustin will speak at the Clallam Bay-Sekiu Chamber of Commerce meeting on Wednesday, February 25. The meeting will be held at 12:00 noon at the Breakwater Inn on Highway 112 between Clallam Bay and Sekiu.

“I am eager to meet people from the area and am very grateful to the Chamber for inviting me to speak,” said Superintendent Gustin.

“We’re looking forward to meeting the new park superintendent and learning more about the park’s plans for the future,” said Brian Adler, Clallam Bay – Sekiu Chamber of Commerce.

People planning to attend are reminded that Highway 112 is closed at milepost 38 – 39 between Joyce and Pysht; the detour route follows Highway 101 and Highway 113.

Additional open houses, including one at Ozette, will be scheduled for other peninsula communities this spring and summer and will be announced when the schedule has been finalized.
