Elevation at road's end: 3,660'. Open to Cascade Pass Trailhead. Repair work at mile 12.7 (USFS) is planned for September 2009 (road will close during this construction). Road is narrow, please drive SLOWLY.

This road also provides access to Silver Lake and Skagit Valley Provincial Parks in British Columbia. Recently graded but last 10 miles are still rough. Flat tires are not uncommon, so carry a full spare tire.

Shuttle service
|

Shuttle service operates June 19, 2009-October 7, 2009. The privately operated Stehekin Adventures Shuttle Bus makes four trips daily between Stehekin Landing and High Bridge (11 miles from Stehekin Landing). Shuttle reservations for groups are available at ranch@courtneycountry.com. |
