Native Plant Gardening (Park Satellite Program) provides information on turning your school or home into habitat for the animals that migrate from one area to another, including this park.

Native alternatives to invasive plants offer some less aggressive alternatives to English ivy, wisteria, and other ground covers or landscape plants that are becoming a problem in some areas.

Tub gardening coming this spring will be a slide program to plant your own tub garden. Right now you can get information on sources for aquatic plants. 

If you have a large enough area, Victoria waterlilies can be grown.  Keep in mind each plant can get about 15 feet across.  Late July through September is the best time to find these flowers.
