Explore, Explore, Explore!

There are many opportunities in the 1.5 million acres of Everglades National Park to explore on your own or incorporate a stop at one of the four visitor centers located in different areas of the park.

The visitor centers at the Homestead, Flamingo, Shark Valley and Gulf Coast areas of the park are open every day year round and have Park Rangers available to help you plan your visit.

There are also other areas of the park you may want to visit that do not have visitor centers but offer great opportunities to hike, picnic and bike.

Below are links to each visitor center, click on them to see what each one has to offer.

All visitor centers provide maps and brochures to help you prepare for some wonderful adventures in exploring Everglades National Park!
