Things To Know Before You Come
 

Roads

All park roads are OPEN for the season.

However, snowy and icy road conditions can occur anytime of year, resulting in temporary road closures. Please review Current Conditions before your visit.

Road work is taking place on Hwy 62 South and West Rim Drive.  Expect delays of up to 20 minutes. 

 

Facilities and Services

The Steel Information Center, located at Park Headquarters, is open daily (except December 25) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The US Post Office (located in the Steel Center) is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, except holidays.

Rim Village Cafe and Gifts is open daily from 9 am to 8:00 pm.

Rim Visitor Center is OPEN daily, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Crater Lake Lodge and Mazama Village Motor Inn are OPEN for the season.  Reservations are strongly recommended.

Annie Creek Restaurant and Gift Store (located at Mazama Village) is OPEN for the season.

Mazama Village Camper Store is OPEN for the season.

Mazama Campground is partially OPEN for the season.  Lost Creek Campground is still CLOSED due to snow.

Gasoline is available daily at the Mazama Camper Store.
