Educational Institutions
The Entrance Fee at Point Park on top of Lookout Mountain Battlefield may be waived with proper documentation.
Details:
School groups may receive a fee waiver if you make reservations at least two weeks prior to your visit. A fee waiver application must be submitted along with a letter of request on institution letterhead requesting and explaining the reasons for the educational visit. Talks or guided tours must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability of staff.
Chickamauga Battlefield and Craven's House does not have an entrance fee.

Did You Know?
Captain Eli Lilly commanded a battery of artillery that saw heavy and successful action during the Battle of Chickamauga. Following the Civil War, Lilly, a pharmaceutical chemist, founded Eli Lilly and Company, a company which today is one of the largest in the world.
