Canyonlands to Waive Entrance Fees for Father's Day WeekendOn Tuesday, June 2, 2009, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar announced that the nation’s national parks would be offering three "fee-free weekends" throughout the summer to encourage Americans seeking affordable vacations to visit these national treasures. The first of those weekends is quickly approaching.

2009 Artist-in-the-Parks Program The Community Artist-in-the-Parks program highlights the connection between artist and his/her inspiration. During the 2009 season, Chad Neihaus, a Moab, Utah artist, will be in the Southeast Utah Group National Parks.
